Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return and exchange policy is very simple. You will be able to exchange or return any item purchased in our online store WWW.HOMERA.MX, within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.

CAUSES FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS:

- If the item is damaged.

- If there is a mistake in the item sent, as long as it does not show signs of use or damage.

In the case of receiving wrong or damaged merchandise please send us an email to VENTAS@HOMERA.MX with photos as evidence of the condition of the product to evaluate the situation and if the claim proceeds start with the process of exchange or refund. Remember that you have a maximum period of 72 hours for any exchange or return. If more than 72 hours have passed unfortunately we will not be able to make changes or returns.

Procedure for returns and exchanges:

Exchanges and returns will only apply to products with factory defects.

In case of exchange or return, we will send you a pre-paid waybill for you to send us the product. This guide will have to be printed, pasted on the box, and taken to the nearest parcel service. The exchange guide expires 5 natural days after it has been generated, if it is not sent within that period the exchange process will be cancelled. The second shipment attempt will be at the customer's expense. In these cases, we reserve the right to choose the most convenient parcel service for a safe and efficient exchange shipment.

Once the product arrives at our facilities, we will check that it has arrived with the original conditions and finally, we will notify the exchange, refund or return, depending on the case.

No exchanges or refunds on the following items:

Custom-made products or special orders.

What do I do if I haven't received my order yet?

If you have not received the product, please send us an e-mail to VENTAS@HOMERA.MX to follow up on your order and give you an answer as soon as possible.
